-
Culinary: Design leads to efficiency, and efficiency leads to profits. Beyond recipes and food cost analysis, inventory strategies and customer relations all come back to the kitchen and its proficiencies.
-
Technology: Even when technology is the backbone of an establishment, it must still work effectively for the operators who use it. The choice of technology, its setup, and maintenance are pivotal parts to any operation.
-
Market Analysis: Sometimes, an excellent idea for a restaurant is suppressed by similar ideas in the local area. Details, data, and review are required to find the right fit for the right menu in the right community.
-
Social Media/SEO: In this modern world, having a great concept is not enough. Marketing through social media and supporting it with SEO will optimize your viewership and get your brand in front of consumers.
-
Operations: There are no isolated departments in the Hospitality Industry. Each area of the operation must work together for a greater, more profitable purpose.

-
Operations: Establishing standards, from sanitation to career pathing, provides responsibility and direction to everyone. Accountability is not a feeling; it is a process that can be measured.
-
Staffing: Human Resources, recruitment, training curriculum, career pathing, and positional reviews. From documentation and handbook creation to HRIS implementation, and from learning and compliance to hiring, promotion, and replacement, all aspects are covered.
-
Design: From document creation to instructional design, consistency and professionalism are enhanced through design simplification, which facilitates learning, operations, and execution.
-
Leadership & Change Management: With strong management following proven direction, along with emotional intelligence and project management, changes from within come naturally to any successful operation.
